5. Orders and subscriptions

Orders for paper goods and subscriptions for personalised checklists are arranged through our contact form. Once we receive your message we send a friendly confirmation with availability, total price and a secure payment link.

A contract between us is formed when we send you a written confirmation that we have accepted your order. Until then we may decline an order, for example if an item is no longer in stock.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes and free standard delivery within the United Kingdom. We may update prices from time to time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown in the confirmation we send you.

7. Subscriptions

Personalised checklist subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing to us through the contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.

8. Availability

We work hard to keep our website available at all times, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be free of technical problems or interruptions. We may suspend access for short periods to carry out maintenance or to make improvements.
